Nyfikna Angel Investor Academy The programme is led by Stefan Lindholm, who has long experience as an investment manager focusing on the expansion of technology companies, as well as corporate transactions and acquisition financing. Stefan has a background as head of investments for Industrifonden in Western Sweden and as Investment Director at Eqvitec Partners. From this he brings his many years of experience of larger investments and of management and board work to Nyfikna Investerare's Angel Investor Academy. The objective has been to gain more knowledge of and insight into the investment process and its many parts. During the two days of the programme we have learned: The course of the investment process, risk management, syndication, due diligence, a live case/pitch from a company, building a deal flow, roles and responsibilities, board work, exit, evaluation of a live case. After completing Angel Investor Academy you are ready to be admitted to our Investor Club, where you get access to a high-trust network of investors, quarterly pitch meetings with pre-screened cases, training and inspiration.
