About the course.
The course for construction work environment coordinators is aimed at those who will act as BAS P/U. The one-day course is for you who already have experience of planning and leading projects and already have good knowledge of the work environment. Suitable prior knowledge is the course SAM - Systematic Work Environment Management, BAM - Better Work Environment or equivalent.
The participant has gained knowledge during the course of:
- The Work Environment Act, the Work Environment Ordinance and the Arbetsmiljöverket provisions that apply to building and civil engineering work.
- Basic work environment knowledge, such as statistics on occupational accidents and illnesses, and accident prevention.
- The purpose of construction work environment coordination and the roles and responsibilities of BAS-P and BAS-U.
- Drawing up a work environment plan and other necessary documentation.
- Risk identification, risk assessment and preventive work environment management.
The course is updated with AFS 2023:3 and the new rules for building and civil engineering work that came into force on 2025-01-01.
