Programme content The qualifying preparatory course corresponds to the following upper secondary school courses, or parts of courses. - Basic programming in JavaScript - The possibilities and limitations of programming based on how the computer works. - The possibilities and limitations of programming based on how the computer works, with a focus on the JavaScript language - A structured way of working for problem solving and programming. - Basic control structures, constructs and data types. - Working methods for preventing programming errors, testing, debugging and correcting code. - Basic data structures and algorithms. - Interfaces for interaction between programs and users. - Norms and values in programming, for example readability, documentation, testability, clean interfaces and the benefits of standards. The BFU corresponds to the upper secondary course Programming 1, which is one of our specific entry requirements for this programme. The content of the BFU is the same as the course Programming 1, except that we have chosen to focus on the languages and parts that are relevant to the subsequent higher vocational education programme
