Over a full day, a review was carried out of how the terms for payment, delivery and insurance work, each on its own. It also covered the impact the different terms have on cost and risk for the buyer and the seller respectively, and, overall, how these terms interact and can best be combined. The participant has thereby gained greater knowledge of the field and of how to apply the rules in practice. Lectures were alternated with practical exercises and group discussions.
