The aim of the course is to strengthen the participant's competence in higher education pedagogy within clinical psychology. The course is based on theories of learning, feedback, a reflective approach, and learning through participant activity and collaboration. The main focus of the course is the educational development project that the participants carry out during the course. After completing the course, the participant shall be able to: - Initiate and implement educational initiatives to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of teaching, based on evidence-based educational strategies. - Integrate research results and scientific findings into teaching and educational development. - Independently, and together with others, plan, carry out and evaluate teaching and examination. - Show an active and reflective approach to their own academic teaching, their relationship with students, and the core values of higher education such as democracy, internationalisation, gender equality, equal treatment and sustainability. The course corresponds to 5 weeks of university studies (200 h) and is aimed at teachers and supervisors in the field of clinical psychology who have completed a basic course in higher education pedagogy. The course is designed in accordance with recommendations from the Association of Swedish Higher Education Institutions (SUHF).
