First Aid and CPR is a practical basic course that gives you the knowledge to act confidently in an emergency. Over 3 hours you go through L-ABC, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, defibrillators and how to help someone who is bleeding heavily, has a stroke or suffers anaphylactic shock. The course follows the guidelines of the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and alternates theory with practical exercises. An important complement to the systematic work environment management at every workplace.

The course aims to give participants basic knowledge of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
The course comprises 3 hours. After completing the course the participant shall be able to:

- Understand the importance of raising the alarm

- Place an unconscious person in the recovery position
- Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation

- Remove foreign objects in the event of airway obstruction

- Know the measures to take in anaphylactic shock
- Know the measures to take in seizures
