SBAB - Trust-based leadership in practice.

SBAB - Trust-based leadership in practice is a training-intensive program (34 hours in the classroom + 2 hours of online follow-up) where participants develop the approach, techniques and methods that are decisive for practicing trust-based, inclusive (adult-to-adult) leadership. It is about how and who you are in your leadership, how you are perceived, what you radiate, what outlook you have: everything that is completely decisive for how things go. The training is close to everyday work, practical and tough, with lots of realistic role plays and feedback afterwards. This document certifies that the participant has completed SBAB - Trust-based leadership in practice. From the content: - What is modern, inclusive leadership and what sets it apart from the traditional kind? - Basic starting points and approaches needed to release people's capacity, commitment, ownership and accountability - Individual challenges, pitfalls and strengths as a leader. - Extensive practical training in difficult leadership situations - Training in basic abilities, techniques and methods for modern, inclusive leadership, including how to: - listen effectively, listening beyond what is said - coach, placing responsibility with the individual and asking questions that move things forward - hold feedback conversations that are effective and give lasting results - improve and develop difficult relationships - motivate and strengthen employees, especially when things are hard or there is a lot of worry in the organization - give someone bad news without sounding too harsh and "bossy" while still being clear and direct - hear and clarify people's unhelpful attitudes that stand in the way of what they want
