Friends of Executives' Strategy Master Class focuses on management's and the organization's work with strategy according to practice and experience. The course consists of four parts focused on the strategy's Content, Process and Implementation, and management's Communication of it. Course scope two (2) days. The participant has completed and finished the course with insight, understanding and knowledge to work effectively with their own organization's strategy.
When you complete the course, Friends of Executive issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
