Mental health in working life

The training is aimed at psychologists and behavioural scientists in occupational health services who have prior knowledge of change management and experience of working with mental health at an organisational level. The focus of the training is strategic and practical work in line with Riktlinjer för psykisk hälsa på arbetsplatsen (Guidelines for mental health in the workplace) and AFS 2023:2. Theoretical lectures alternate with group discussions on designing policies, case descriptions and developing organisation-supporting interventions in practice. The learning objective of the training is for the participant to acquire current and evidence-based knowledge in order, in consultation with the client, to be able to: - support change processes aimed at promoting mental health and preventing mental ill-health at an organisational level - support the design and implementation of policy and routines concerning the organisational and social work environment - design and deliver training for managers and employees on the relationship between the work environment and mental health, and the risks of stigma and prejudice around mental ill-health - train and support managers in creating psychological safety in a work group - carry out Survey feedback methodology: mapping, feedback and proposing interventions - identify obstacles to implementing policy and interventions - carry out evidence-based interventions in the workplace aimed at eliminating and minimising the risks of work-related mental ill-health at group and organisational level.
