UGL (Utveckling av Grupp och Ledare, Development of Group and Leader) is one of Sweden's most established leadership courses. Over five intensive days you explore group dynamics, communication and your own leadership together with a small group and experienced facilitators. You gain greater self-awareness and concrete tools for handling conflicts, giving and receiving feedback and leading groups through different stages of development. The programme is based on experiential learning and reflection.

The course comprises 5 days of training in group development, leadership, process awareness and self-awareness.
The overall purpose of UGL is to develop the ability to understand and handle situations of a group-dynamic &
interpersonal nature in everyday life and at work.
