In this course we focus on the professional's role as a change leader in working with AI tools. Through a combination of practical exercises, peer learning in small groups, reflective feedback sessions and self-study, we will explore how you can apply AI to improve and innovate processes within your organisation. We dive deep into the world of AI tools to give you the knowledge needed to prompt effectively, implement the right tools and lead AI-driven change processes.
In the course we go through several aspects of AI and its applications in change management, including:
- Identifying and implementing AI tools for efficient workflows.
- Advanced prompting with examples of how the strategic use of AI can be optimised.
- Building and leading AI projects that create measurable change and innovation within the organisation.
- Developing as a leader: documenting and strengthening your personal leadership
You will get to try several different AI tools and test your new knowledge through concrete cases from your working life. We work actively with feedback and reflection to promote practical implementation of the knowledge in the participants' daily change management work. We closely follow all participants' transformation journeys and share experiences.

Who is this for?
The course is aimed at professionals from a wide range of industries who aim to become ambassadors, change leaders, AI pilots or 'change agents' for AI technologies within their organisations. You are welcome to be an expert in your profession but open to learning from others.
You need a basic understanding of AI tools: the more you know, the more you get out of the course.
We expect you to have at least five years of work experience, preferably in a leadership position, whether with staff responsibility, client responsibility or expertise in your field. You should have practical experience and understanding of the AI tools relevant to your profession.
