About the course.

Here, if you already work with communication and HR issues, you get inspiration and concrete tools to succeed in Employer Branding. The course focuses especially on how you map needs, lay the foundation for a successful strategy and ensure that the company's skills needs are met in increasingly tough competition for talent.

Employer Branding is no longer a completely new and unexplored area in most companies, but is on its way to being given its rightful place as part of a company's overall strategy and brand. Employer Branding has taken a step up, but many are still unsure what it really means: Where do you start? How should you prioritize? What is an EVP and what is it for? How do you develop a strategy that naturally supports the overall brand and delivers the right skills to the company? And how should you organize to get the greatest effect? The course aims to give participants a more strategic and methodical competence to analyze, define, prioritize and evaluate their Employer Branding work, and to link it to the company's overall business goals. In short, to really put Employer Branding on the agenda within an organization. The teaching combines theory with real examples as well as practical methodology and tools for working strategically with Employer Branding. During the course you will work on a project that develops over time. Feel free to use your own company or organization in the project, or prepare an organization to work from if you are a consultant or between jobs.
