About the course.

Get directly usable tips and tools for creating a communication strategy that delivers concrete results. Whether you want to refine your current skills or build new expertise, you will leave the course with practical insights and tools that can immediately be turned into successful communication and strategic impact.

You learn important tools and a process for working strategically with communication in a company, an organization or a public authority. The course gives you a basic ability to work with strategies and an action plan to make the most of your potential in a job with responsibility for strategic communication. We explore what it takes to develop communicative ability in the organization, so that everyone pulls in the same direction. The importance of internal communication and its interface with HR is covered, as is external communication and its interface with Marketing. We work with core values, corporate culture and stakeholder analysis, and consider what we need to know about our target audiences to get through. The new communication landscape means more moving images, more digital channels, AI support and at the same time increased information noise, which our brains need to filter in order to cope. This is our starting point when we work with change processes to get people on board with what needs to be done anew or differently. We also explore how AI can support work on a communication strategy. What characterizes effective communication strategies in this new landscape? What is required of you in the role of the person responsible, for communication to work and have an effect? The three days of the course are structured as follows: Day 1 is about establishing yourself: what you need to do when you join an organization or a project. Day 2 is about how you deepen your insights and draw conclusions about strategic choices in the assignment. Day 3 focuses on delivery, what it takes to win the trust of management and the rest of the organization.
